MITSOL Pharmacy Cloud is a secure, multi-tenant, cloud-based Pharmacy Management System designed to help pharmacies manage medicines, batches, inventory, purchases, suppliers, sales, customers, debts, expenses, reports, and daily operations from any internet-connected device.

The platform supports batch-level stock tracking, FEFO dispensing, expiry and low-stock alerts, barcode-based sales, purchase receiving, customer credit management, supplier balances, cashier shifts, operational expenses, profitability analytics, notifications, audit trails, inventory write-offs, daily closing, and subscription-based access.

Each pharmacy operates in an isolated tenant environment, ensuring that users can access only the data belonging to their pharmacy. The system includes role-based access for pharmacy owners, administrators, pharmacists, cashiers, store managers, accountants, and viewers.

MITSOL Pharmacy Cloud Version 1.0.0 introduces a secure and scalable cloud-based pharmacy management platform for retail and institutional pharmacies.

This initial release provides multi-tenant pharmacy management, role-based user access, subscription controls, medicine and batch management, barcode support, supplier and purchasing workflows, goods receiving, customer management, point-of-sale operations, FEFO stock allocation, customer credit, supplier balances, expense management, profitability reports, operational notifications, daily closing, audit logging, expiry quarantine, inventory write-offs, backup metadata, tenant exports, and operational integrity checks.

The system includes separate roles for owners, administrators, pharmacists, cashiers, store managers, accountants, and viewers. Each pharmacy’s records are securely isolated from other pharmacies.

Version 1.0.0 also includes health and readiness monitoring, request-ID logging, structured operational checks, subscription plans, trial and grace-period support, and deployment preparation for secure cloud hosting.

This is the first commercial SaaS release. Online payment-gateway integration, mobile applications, third-party APIs, multi-branch consolidation, and advanced forecasting will be introduced in future versions.
